Your Perfect Volunteer Opportunity!

Green Bay's own St.Vincent de Paul store wants your talent and time to help us serve those in  need in our community.   Why is St. Vincent de Paul perfect for you?   We offer completely flexible hours with no time commitments.  We are striving to be the largest and best SVDP store in the United States.  We have just about any kind of activity that you might imagine to volunteer for.  And many of our current volunteers choose to only volunteer mornings, or even just cold, rainy mornings!  That's how flexible we are.

We are proud of the work we do.  We invite you to stop by our store at 1529 Leo Frigo Way, just off I-43 at the Webster Street exit.  We are on the Green Bay #5 bus line.  What you will not see in the retail store are the sorting, pricing, and workshop areas behind the scenes.   Do you like to meet and work with the public? Or do you like to fix furniture or electronics?  Do you like working with clothes, or books, or crafts or dolls, or Christmas decorations or ….!  Maybe you love the excitement of working with the incredible types of  'bric-a-brac' we get every single day.

As a charitable 501(3)c organization, your travel and certain other expenses are tax deductible.  Last year our volunteers donated 72,000 hours of their time to SVDP store, and helped us generate $793,000 to help those in need in our community.  We have a clean, organized facility and value each of our volunteers.

As a volunteer you can help stretch your retirement dollars by shopping in the store as well.  Prices start at 25 cents.  Shop for yourself, shop for gifts for friends and relatives. 

With our low, low prices, folks shop for creative craft projects or just for fun.  It's hard to resist some of the bargains you'll find.
